Last Friday I did an interview with Josh Spear and Carmel Hagen. Today I realized that I didn’t link to it. It was fun and engaging, and someone I went to High School read it and found me. GPS will tell you where the customer is. Both Blackberry and iPhone leave specific footprints that you can track.
